Exchanges / Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Exchange accepted with-in 2 days of receiving your order.   Bundles must be in original condition. If bundles are open, cut, installed or colored we will not accept them for an exchange. All of our hair is inspected to ensure the highest quality before shipment. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order please contact us immediately to discuss a resolution.  Our goal is to make our customers happy!
